Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a systems-oriented Backend Software Engineer, the full-time remote role will own end-to-end delivery of core functionality, build and maintain high-quality automation for the customer-facing platform, and develop critical product areas such as identity management and workflow automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of essential core functionality for customers and iterate on new product ideas
• Build and maintain high-quality automation for the main customer-facing platform
• Develop and maintain critical areas of the product, including identity management and workflow automation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building and operating performant backend systems in production
• Expertise or strong interest in web performance optimization, deploying and scaling web applications, and application security
• High enthusiasm for supporting both rapid prototypes and robust, mission-critical components
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a strong user-first mindset
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
