Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer for a full-time hybrid position, responsible for owning the core backend infrastructure, including API and data processing pipelines, while ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance for the EnsoSleep application.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services and infrastructure
• Build and maintain interoperability interfaces and conduct root cause analysis for technical issues
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and implement quality assurance practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of backend engineering experience in a startup or high-growth software environment
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in building scalable RESTful APIs
• Expertise in data modeling and database design using relational and NoSQL systems
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
