Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development efforts and manage team schedules and objectives
• Mentor team members and oversee their professional development and performance evaluations
• Ensure high-quality code and efficient workflows through reviews and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience using PHP and/or Typescript
• 3+ years of experience with backend systems in production
• 2+ years of experience building high-availability applications in AWS
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Experience with Clean Architecture and event-driven systems
