Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend development for a content-driven web platform, ensuring scalable and high-performing architecture
• Design and extend core CMS functionality, including customization of content models and rendering logic
• Oversee deployment processes and infrastructure in a cloud-based environment, ensuring reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience, with proficiency in Python and modern web frameworks like Django
• Hands-on experience with Wagtail CMS, including extending core functionality
• Deep understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Experience deploying applications within cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role
