Background Check Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a variety of investigative case types, the full-time Background Check Analyst will conduct civil and criminal background checks on individuals or companies remotely, utilizing research tools and interacting with court staff to obtain necessary documents.

Key responsibilities

• Utilizing a variety of investigative tools, databases, and software to conduct research and analysis to verify individuals' identities
• Identifying all jurisdictions where records should be searched
• Obtaining driving records, court records, and Open Source Data on subjects of investigation

Required qualifications

• Experience in conducting background checks or investigative research
• Familiarity with legal databases and court systems
• Strong analytical skills for data verification and research
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding background checks
