Background Check Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust and Safety, BGC Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate background checks with attention to detail
• Evaluate mitigating evidence on shoppers' appeals related to background check suspension
• Investigate and resolve internal and external escalations promptly and effectively

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional experience, or strong academic record
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Availability for weekends or holidays
• Experience in a fast-paced environment within background checks or data processing is preferred
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred
