- Provide tier 1 technical support and process background checks for clients
- Set up and configure new client accounts and monitor applicant queues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers to resolve client issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS or web applications
- Customer support experience as an individual contributor
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite
- Ability to detect discrepancies and investigate issues
