Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Background Screening and Adjudication Specialist (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute background screening and adjudication screenings in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Gather information to determine if applicants meet screening standards
• Collaborate with internal investigative teams and apply risk management practices

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in background screening, investigations, and/or adjudication
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
• Knowledge of criminal justice system for employment purposes
• Experience handling sensitive/confidential data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
