Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Backup Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members to understand and address their backup care needs
• Identify and connect with reliable vendors to fulfill member requests
• Manage the process of delivering immediate and sustainable care solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or child development is a plus but not required
• 5+ years of childcare and/or senior care experience, particularly in backup care
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Proven track record of providing effective support to families in need
• Familiarity with the local care provider landscape and ability to engage reliable vendors
