Backup Care Specialist

Job Summary

Offering remote support, the part-time Backup Care Specialist will engage with members to identify and fulfill their backup care needs for children, adult dependents, or pets, while managing vendor relationships and expanding the Care Network.

Key responsibilities

• Engaging directly with members to assess and address their backup care requirements
• Identifying reliable vendors and local providers to fulfill member requests
• Managing the end-to-end process of delivering immediate and sustainable care solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of childcare and/or senior care experience, particularly in backup care
• Familiarity with the local care provider landscape, including licensed providers and private caregivers
• A proven track record of providing effective support to families
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for member engagement
• Confidence in managing shift schedules and demonstrating independence
