Job Summary

Working remotely as a part-time Baggage Specialist, the successful candidate will manage baggage claims, assist Guests through various communication channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of baggage issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve baggage claims, including delayed, damaged, and lost items
  • Coordinate with the Guest Empowerment Team and Airports to address mishandled baggage issues
  • Monitor and respond to Guest inquiries regarding baggage via SMS, chat, email, and phone
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in using multiple software programs simultaneously
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
