Job Summary
Working remotely as a part-time Baggage Specialist, the successful candidate will manage baggage claims, assist Guests through various communication channels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of baggage issues.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve baggage claims, including delayed, damaged, and lost items
- Coordinate with the Guest Empowerment Team and Airports to address mishandled baggage issues
- Monitor and respond to Guest inquiries regarding baggage via SMS, chat, email, and phone
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in using multiple software programs simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
