Job Summary
A company is looking for a Balance Sheet Management VP.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct a balance sheet management working group to enhance risk-adjusted returns through improved capital generation and allocation
- Enhance the capital management framework and ensure all relevant risks are considered in optimization decisions
- Provide input on strategic asset allocation and corporate development activities to ensure strong risk-adjusted returns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, actuarial science, or a related field
- CPA or Actuarial designation required
- 10-12+ years of experience in finance or actuarial roles within Financial Services
- Leadership experience with potential for expansion into a people leader role
- Experience with month/quarter end close in a complex financial environment preferred
