Job Summary

A company is looking for a Balance Sheet Management VP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct a balance sheet management working group to enhance risk-adjusted returns through improved capital generation and allocation
  • Enhance the capital management framework and ensure all relevant risks are considered in optimization decisions
  • Provide input on strategic asset allocation and corporate development activities to ensure strong risk-adjusted returns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, actuarial science, or a related field
  • CPA or Actuarial designation required
  • 10-12+ years of experience in finance or actuarial roles within Financial Services
  • Leadership experience with potential for expansion into a people leader role
  • Experience with month/quarter end close in a complex financial environment preferred
