Bank Collector

Job Summary

Managing assigned delinquent accounts, the full-time Bank Collector will support collection activities related to consumer and small business loans, mortgage and home equity loans, and overdrawn deposit accounts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delinquent accounts in accordance with established collection procedures and credit risk measures
• Maintain call quality standards through effective communication with borrowers to resolve delinquencies
• Document all collection activity and coordinate with internal partners to support account resolution efforts

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in banking, collections, lending, call center, or customer service
• General knowledge of banking and lending processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately document account activity
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
