Job Summary
Supporting the technical operation and development of compliance programs, the full-time remote Bank Compliance Technology Analyst will manage transaction-monitoring rules, customer risk-rating capabilities, and compliance controls while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance technology is reliable and audit-ready.
Key responsibilities
- Support the technical design and operation of BSA/AML and compliance programs
- Build and maintain compliance controls, including transaction-monitoring rules and EDD workflows
- Analyze alerts and control results to identify gaps and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compliance technology, BSA/AML, or related functions
- Understanding of transaction monitoring, customer risk rating, and compliance-control frameworks
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions
- Experience with workflow tools, case-management platforms, and data queries
- Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating data trends
