A company is looking for an AVP & Adjustment Manager in Bank Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Oversee daily operations of adjustment items and item processing functions
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop processes and identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of banking experience, including operations and exceptions processing
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role required
- Strong knowledge of exceptions processing preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
