Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP & Adjustment Manager in Bank Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Oversee daily operations of adjustment items and item processing functions
  • Collaborate with internal partners to develop processes and identify improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of banking experience, including operations and exceptions processing
  • At least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role required
  • Strong knowledge of exceptions processing preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
