Bank Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bank Operations Analyst will assist teams in identifying, planning, and completing projects while providing internal customer support regarding deposit and loan records.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures
• Assists in process flow documentation and drives improvements for efficiency and scalability within the operations department
• Provides training and guidance to team members while managing multiple priorities and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in banking, preferably in operations
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn various banking software applications
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
