Bank Reconciliation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bank Reconciliation Escalation Specialist who will be responsible for resolving escalations and assisting with audits and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve escalations from internal teams and clients
• Research and complete special projects related to bank reconciliation
• Assist with departmental training and audits as requested

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of experience in bank reconciliation, preferably in a healthcare setting
• At least one (1) year of experience in an escalation/lead role in bank reconciliation, preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience reading insurance Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, preferred
