Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Bank Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on U.S. banking laws and supervisory expectations related to stablecoins and payments
• Serve as the primary legal interface with prudential regulators on licensing and examinations
• Translate traditional regulatory concepts into practical guidance for digital asset systems

Required Qualifications

• JD or equivalent with admission to practice law in the United States
• 10+ years of legal experience in bank regulatory law or financial regulation
• Prior experience at a banking regulatory agency or representing clients before such agencies
• Deep knowledge of U.S. banking laws, including risk management and payments regulation
• Experience advising on technology-driven financial products, including digital assets
