Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service while performing routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with various branch tasks and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Actively engage with members to identify their needs and offer appropriate products and services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
