Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and perform routine and complex transactions accurately
• Assist with branch operations, including audits and ATM replenishment, and may work remotely
• Actively listen to member needs and offer appropriate product referrals while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Basic proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
