Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Representative (Banker).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and represent the Credit Union in a professional manner
• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently
• Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year
• Basic proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
