Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Banker Member Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for assisting in daily branch operations, performing transactions, and providing excellent member service while promoting financial wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional service to members and assist with various transactions
• Maintain accurate cash handling and assist with daily balancing and audits
• Engage with members to identify needs and promote credit union products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year
• Familiarity with PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
