Job Summary

Banker Member Service Representative, a full-time position responsible for assisting in daily branch operations, performing complex transactions, and providing excellent member service while promoting financial wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional member service while performing routine and complex transactions
• Assist with branch tasks, including cash handling, balancing, and maintaining audit logs
• Engage with members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Basic proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
