Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist in daily retail branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and advocate for members' financial needs while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by accurately processing transactions and addressing member inquiries
• Engage in training programs and maintain knowledge of credit union products and services to meet sales and service goals
• Collaborate with team members to promote a positive branch environment and assist with various branch tasks as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
