Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Providing exceptional member service, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist with daily retail branch operations, perform complex transactions, and develop relationships with members while promoting credit union products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with members in a professional manner, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing
• Assist in various branch tasks, including cash handling, audits, and ATM servicing, while maintaining compliance with regulations
• Actively listen to member needs and provide referrals for products and services, contributing to branch sales and service goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete training on new accounts and loan products within 1 year
• Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of credit union policies preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
