Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist with daily retail branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and drive member engagement while promoting financial wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and represent the credit union professionally to both external and internal members
• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately, including cash handling and account maintenance
• Actively listen to member needs and offer appropriate product referrals while participating in branch sales and service goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within the first year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
