Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist with daily retail branch operations, perform complex transactions, and advocate for member needs while maintaining compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and accurately perform routine and complex transactions, including cash handling
• Act as a member advocate by identifying needs and offering appropriate product referrals while maintaining confidentiality
• Participate in training and team activities to help meet branch sales and service goals, while supporting cross-department collaboration

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of credit union policies preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
