Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist in daily branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and advocate for member needs while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by efficiently handling transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Participate in training programs and actively engage in team efforts to meet branch sales and service goals
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and credit union policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
