Banker Member Service Representative

Job Summary

Engaging with members in a full-time capacity, the Banker Member Service Representative will perform routine and complex transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support branch operations while adhering to federal and state regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring excellent service
• Act as a member advocate by actively listening to member needs and providing appropriate referrals for products and services
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services, participating in training and contributing to branch sales and service goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment
• Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service
• Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
