Banking Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Analyst responsible for managing Qualified Settlement Fund accounts and ensuring transaction accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reconciliation of QSF accounts and resolve bank-presented exceptions
• Coordinate with banks for account management and maintain organized records of communications
• Support the Disbursement team with processing wire transfers and banking documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clerical, payroll, banking, or related financial role
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
• Experience handling confidential financial information and managing company funds
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively
