Banking Analyst - Chargeback Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Analyst - Chargeback & Payments Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of credit card chargeback disputes, including investigation and outcome monitoring
• Perform daily banking operations such as ACH processing, wires, and payment postings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate client communication regarding disputes and banking matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of banking operations experience, preferably in payment processing or financial operations
• 3+ years of direct experience with credit card chargeback processes and ACH return rules
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI (preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented with strong accuracy in financial transaction management
