Job Summary
Leading strategic analytics initiatives for a prominent client, the full-time remote Banking Analytics Director will manage end-to-end analytics projects, drive solutions for business challenges, and mentor cross-functional teams in the Banking and Financial Services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead analytics and transformation initiatives from problem definition to implementation, focusing on Banking and Financial Services
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable analytics solutions and drive initiatives across various operational areas
- Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making while managing client relationships and communications with senior leadership
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven strategy, with a strong focus on Banking and Financial Services
- Proven experience leading large-scale analytics or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and business challenges
- Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products, along with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior/executive stakeholders
