Key Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders to enhance engagement

• Advocate for the account within the company, managing escalations and coordinating actions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
• 10+ years relevant work experience, with 5+ years in a FS/Banking Client Success management or consulting role
• Strong consulting skills with proven results in driving business value
• Strong knowledge of business processes and applications related to Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
