Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Treasury department, the full-time Banking Coordinator will manage enterprise-wide bank account operations, collaborate with various functional areas, and ensure compliance with treasury systems and controls in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee bank account management, including opening, closing, and updating account signers and user access
  • Monitor and track the accuracy of bank account signers in partnership with HR and finance leaders
  • Facilitate audit inquiries and collaborate on system implementation projects to enhance automation
Required qualifications:
  • Prior experience in bank account administration within a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with banking documentation and domestic/international KYC requirements
  • Basic understanding of treasury and corporate finance concepts
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a time-sensitive manner
