Job Summary
Supporting the Corporate Treasury department, the full-time Banking Coordinator will manage enterprise-wide bank account operations, collaborate with various functional areas, and ensure compliance with treasury systems and controls in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee bank account management, including opening, closing, and updating account signers and user access
- Monitor and track the accuracy of bank account signers in partnership with HR and finance leaders
- Facilitate audit inquiries and collaborate on system implementation projects to enhance automation
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in bank account administration within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with banking documentation and domestic/international KYC requirements
- Basic understanding of treasury and corporate finance concepts
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a time-sensitive manner
