Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Banking for a 12+ month remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding banking services
- Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a banking call center environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Completion of a 3-4 week paid training program
- Full-time availability for a 40-hour work week
- Willingness to participate in a Microsoft Video interview
