Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Banking for a 12+ month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding banking services
  • Ensure adherence to established call procedures and customer service standards
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Required Qualifications
  • Experience working in a banking call center environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Completion of a 3-4 week paid training program
  • Full-time availability for a 40-hour work week
  • Willingness to participate in a Microsoft Video interview
