Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from clients and financial institutions regarding banking services
- Ensure adherence to call procedures and provide accurate information to customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when addressing customer concerns
Required Qualifications
- Banking experience is a must
- Experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Completion of a 3-4 weeks paid training program
- Must be able to work without taking leaves during training
