Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls from clients and financial institutions regarding banking services
  • Ensure adherence to call procedures and provide accurate information to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when addressing customer concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Banking experience is a must
  • Experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Completion of a 3-4 weeks paid training program
  • Must be able to work without taking leaves during training
