Banking Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
To support a growing financial services team, the full-time Customer Service Representative - Banking will provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries related to retirement plan payments in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries regarding retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments
- Assisting clients with understanding their payment options, including lump sum distributions, death benefits, rollovers, and loan withdrawals
- Reprinting tax forms, verifying current record information, and sending change request forms to participants as requested
Required qualifications
- Experience in a high call volume call center environment within banking, financial, or insurance sectors
- Familiarity with retirement plans such as 401(k) and 403(b)
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends, in the EST timezone
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction
- Willingness to participate in a 3-4 week paid online training program without leave
