Banking Domain Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of AI training environments, the part-time Banking Domain Specialist will evaluate simulated banking operations, providing feedback on their realism and effectiveness in reflecting actual banking practices in a remote engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review simulated environments, data, tools, workflows, and tasks representing real-world banking operations
• Assess the realism, usefulness, and completeness of the environments from an experienced banking professional's perspective
• Provide clear and actionable recommendations for improvements based on evaluations of workflows and processes

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience in banking or a closely related financial services role
• Practical experience in areas such as Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, or Credit/Risk
• Strong understanding of banking workflows, financial data, and operational processes
• Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
