- Assess the realism and completeness of environments from the perspective of an experienced banking professional
- Provide clear and actionable recommendations for improvements based on evaluations of workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3-7 years of hands-on professional experience in banking or a closely related financial services role
- Practical experience in areas such as Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Credit/Risk, or Payments

- Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed, constructive feedback
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
