Banking & Finance Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Editor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and update practical guidance related to banking & finance law
• Draft, review, and annotate form agreements, checklists, and related legal documents
• Conduct in-depth legal research using case law, treatises, and other legal resources

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction)
• 3-5 years of experience as a Banking & Finance Attorney, preferably with an AmLaw 100/200 firm
• Significant experience representing agent banks, arrangers, and other financial institutions
• Substantive experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements and related financing documentation
