Banking Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure the integrity and efficiency of financial operations, the full-time remote Banking Operations Analyst will manage cash flow, payment processing, and bank account activity while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage program bank accounts and transaction activity, ensuring adequate funding for provider payments
• Oversee payment processing cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance, resolving any payment failures
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank account reconciliations and produce required financial reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payment processing
• Strong background in bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Experience working with banks, payment processors, and clearinghouses
• Proficiency in banking file formats (e.g., NACHA, BAI2, CTX) and advanced Excel skills
