Banking Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Operations Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day wire related banking operations with minimal supervision
• Provide timely wire instructions to clients and assist in identifying prefunding clients for tax liabilities
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies and assist in training Banking Specialist I

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent banking/reconciliation experience (2-4 years)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Back-end operational wire processing experience required
• Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience supporting high call and email volume
