Banking Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations Specialist for a full-time role in Los Angeles, CA, who will manage wire transfer processing, foreign exchange transactions, and cash management operations while working in a hybrid environment with the potential for full remote work after training.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor high-value domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with cutoff times
• Facilitate and verify foreign exchange transactions and multi-currency account transfers
• Support cash management operations, including account analysis and statement management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Wire Operations and Foreign Exchange processing within a banking environment
• Hands-on experience with initiating and repairing international wires (SWIFT) and executing multi-currency transactions
• Familiarity with systems such as FIS Horizon, Montran, or Dragonfly
• Strong customer service skills to assist corporate clients with complex issues
• A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt between wire processing and cash management tasks
