A company is looking for a Branch Banking Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for banking and financial positions
• Identifies and engages candidates while maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborates with hiring managers on employment offers and ensures compliance with HR policies

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of sales recruiting experience in the financial services industry
• 3 or more years of high volume, lifecycle recruiting experience
• 1 or more years of recent IT recruitment preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and competency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
