Banking Services Representative II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Services Representative II, responsible for managing escrow accounts and working with banking teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Post incoming lender wires to the appropriate escrow files
• Complete quality control of outgoing wires and resolve any discrepancies
• Process daily deposits and manage Positive Pay exceptions and OFAC hits

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years of relevant work experience
• Preferred college degree with industry experience
• Experience in real estate or vendor management is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
