A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Fintech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide expertise in banking technology transformation and implementation
• Drive implementation engagements by advising on functionality, technology, and strategy
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance fintech products and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in software development and implementation for banking and fintech
• Strong exposure to core banking and digital banking platforms, as well as payment systems
• Proven experience in a similar SME role with extensive knowledge of banking regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably an MBA in Finance and Banking
• Proficiency in leading core banking platforms commonly implemented in the USA
