Job Summary

A company is looking for a Banking Transformation Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor discovery sessions and facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather requirements
• Synthesize findings into actionable strategic recommendations and document platform strategy
• Provide expert strategic advisory to founders and C-suite executives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Strategist, Consultant, or Solutions Lead in digital banking or fintech
• Strong understanding of core banking platforms and financial technology ecosystems
• Deep expertise in AWS or Google Cloud Platform within regulated financial environments
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and present complex information to executive leadership
• Prior experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders and/or early-stage fintech founders
