Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default Analyst - Bankruptcy.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure end-to-end Bankruptcy handling for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases
Review and process accounts in accordance with Bankruptcy regulations and company policies
Audit attorney plan reviews and handle complex tasks related to borrower payment history

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Thorough knowledge of loan servicing, foreclosure, and bankruptcy
Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize work assignments
Proficient in Excel and Word
Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
