Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Intake Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new Legal Referrals in internal case management software
• Download and review documents from client systems and PACER
• Ensure all necessary information and documents are in place for file processing

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Prior Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
• Organized and multi-task oriented
• Ability to interpret client systems
