Key Responsibilities

• Open and review new legal referrals in the internal case management software
• Download and verify necessary documents from client systems and PACER
• Request and follow up on missing information to ensure timely file processing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively manage high volumes of new referrals
• Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook
